7. Financial Conduct

- No money laundering or use of the Platform to obscure the origin of funds
- No manipulation of promotional codes, referral programs, or credit systems
8. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it to abuse@guild.city. Include as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, descriptions). Guild investigates all reports and responds in a timely manner. Reporters are protected from retaliation.
9. Enforcement
Enforcement is graduated based on severity, intent, and repeat offenses:
- Warning — first minor violation; content may be removed
- Temporary suspension — repeated or moderate violations; account access restricted for a defined period
- Permanent ban — severe or repeated violations; account permanently disabled
- Balance forfeiture — in cases of fraud, abuse, or terms violations, remaining balance may be forfeited
Guild reserves the right to take any of these actions at its sole discretion and without prior notice when necessary to protect the Platform and its users.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email at least 15 days before taking effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
